Web29 jan. 2024 · I was diagnosed with diabetes about 10 years ago. I was told I could have up to 45 grams of carbohydrates per meal, and two snacks daily of about 15 grams each. I know a number of people with diabetes though for whom these numbers have varied. As @retiredteacher mentioned, it really depends on many factors.
